One West offers specialist professional services primarily across the South West of England.

We work with government bodies, schools, academy trusts, charities and care providers.

One West was created because of the need for local government to innovate and to do things differently.

We recognise that services need to be flexible and affordable to meet the needs of councils, schools, care providers, charities and others.

One West started by integrating services between Bath & North East Somerset Council and North Somerset Council and has used this as a springboard to develop a broader customer base.

Initially we had two brands; Audit West (focused on audit, risk and governance based services) and iWest (specialising in Information Governance). These are now encompassed under the One West moniker.

As a result of strong growth we now enjoy excellent relationships with our customers and serve a number of local authorities, numerous town councils, hundreds of academies as well as clients in the Care and Private Sector.

The One West brand is now the umbrella under which all our services exist. It means we can make further improvements delivering all our services more simply and efficiently.

We have also formed a number of strategic alliances to be able to widen our services and to give us the flexibility and capacity to respond to customer need.

One West operates from a number of office bases around Bath and Weston-Super-Mare with Bath acting as the main hub. It mainly serves customers in the South West of England but is able to deliver in South Wales, the Midlands and the Greater London area.
